ok today..i mean yesterday! had a fruitful day! went swensens, had fish and chips, which were yummy! had baked rice, chicken, which was good as well.
guilt-ridden, i ran 2.4 on the treadmillie. $#)%#_ it was %_#$_#% ing hot! haha, had the windows on open but the wind just wasn't coming in! hate the weather.
later in the night, had my weights routine.
50 30-kg bicep curl
50 20-kg bicep curl
10 30-kg i-dunno-wad-its-called
200 40-kg leg extension
90 crunchs
legs gonna ache later! haha.
oh yes, going out w jas and wz today. hope to have a GREAT meal :)
wonder wad movies to watch.
