im sick of being taken for granted. i have never worked in my life and being in the army is akin to that - in the course of my 1 year 10 months soon to be completed in NS, ive realised that being able to manipulate and practise politics to one's advantage is most important in gaining recoginition.
i mean, i am working my butt off and noone recognises the effort i am putting in. its always "oooo XXX is so hard-working" or "XXX you should be an officer". i mean are the pple in my office BLIND or something? do they not see ARROGANCE in XXX? why do they treat XXX as some precious metal?
sigh, its just putting me off. im not gonna address this any time soon, cos well im gonna ORD soon and it doesnt matter much to me anymore. but if anyone provokes me, esp XXX, well he's gonna get it. experience what words can do to one's ego, pride.
sorry for this morbid post, i have to let off some gas. thanks for lending a listening ear :)
on the brighter side of things, INGE is coming to town!! woot :D!!
