{*mood swings*}

sigh. i've had mood swings over the course of this week. bad ones. i get snappy and impatient, harsh with my words and inconsiderate to my family and friends. and it is this group of pple that makes my life what it is. im truly sorry.

i do not know why i'm like this. perhaps its the ongoing debate b/w my parents and i about the risks of rhinoplasty. perhaps its the frustration from spending my xmas in ns. perhaps its just me being grumpy.

i hope i get better. for the sake of myself and for others i love but always hurt.

had a goood day at the pool today. swam 36 laps! after the last 6 continous laps, i couldnt feel my foot and my back was numb. hahha over-exertion as usual.

anyhow, a quick shoutout the everyone out there. Merry Christmas!!! its a time of sharing and giving and loving. so GO OUT THERE and spread the love and joy :)

{*a life better-suited overseas*}

it has been almost 2 weeks since i've returned from taiwan. and im suffering from withdrawal symptoms. why? let me explain. the weather there is good. the occasional drizzle, the ubiquitous cold and the dry climate. what's more can i ask for?

then there's the scenery. granted that getting to see the scenery is rather dangerous, as the traffic situation there seems haphazard to say the least, it is well worth it. i miss getting my breath taken away by the beautiful scenery, the inspiring mountains, with their peaks hiding behind a wisp of white fleecy clouds. and i miss the welcome change of scenery.

time seems to proceed at a relaxed pace there. sure, urbanisation has manifested itself in the form of major cities like taipei, etc. however, i can really feel that taiwan is not as hectic or demanding as that in sg. a pity really. a dire consequence of a country having no natural resources and having to fend off opponents economically, politically and everything-ly haha.

i realise i've been ranting on. here's some photos to support my claims.

gaping holes and waterfalls (ok only one) along a treacherous road. believe me, the road was narrow and ended in a deadend.

a rather cliched-but-beautiful-nonetheless picture. loved how a waterfall emerges from this unique structure.

your eyes are working perfectly fine. small buddhas beneath a giant one. it was an eye-opening experience.

an photo taken by my sis/dad. check out his/her style. haha and did i mention the flora there, is just...awe inspiring?

along the coast. HUGE waves. HUGE rocks. bad lighting but its a plain testimonial to the might of nature - how its able to shape, create and destroy at the same time.

and there you have it. more pics taken by my photography-savvy dad and sis. one last point about taiwan i have to add (well ok 2) - the streetfood there is GOOD and the gurls are relatively HOT there! hahaha i enjoy being superficial.

the sun doesnt like me, that im sure. i went swimming at jurong, near lakeside in the morning. it was bright and sunny at my house...however when i went there, the sun was pathetic. as a result, i din get much darker.

after swimming, my nose started running. badly. now i feel as if i've had a truck shoved up my nose. im so sorry for cancelling on jasmine. another time yeah, jassie? :D thanks for being so understanding.

alrighty, hope i get well soon. no more MCs for me.

oh and i hope u folks enjoy the vid on the left hand side.

{*loooonnng overdue*}

hahha, i was supposed to write 5 random things about myself ages ago, in accordance with eve's request.. nv got down to doing it since i've been so busy, so here goes, now that i've some free time.

1. i feel short sometimes. i know, some pple may say my height is pretty decent and it may be above average. however, there are some days whereby i just wake up and feel extremely short. it may be psychological, but im definitely not feeling 自卑.

2. i've more female friends than male ones. dun ask me why hahha! im just more comfortable being around females i guess. and im not gay for godness sake.

3. my ord date is 07/02/2007! having said that, everyone, PLS celebrate it with me on that very cool day :D

4. i've a female friend whom i like a lot :D she likes who she is..right flo? OOPS hahha! anyway, she's one very friendly, open, out-going and above all, very intelligent gurl. its hard chasing after her, man! hahhaa!

5. does anyone wanna migrate to korea or taiwan? because i know i do and i hope someone will follow me too :D hong kong sounds good too. *wink wink*

so there you have it, 5 random stuff about me which u do, or do not, wish to know about.

ok as promised, pics from my taiwan pics. sorry for the delay, i had to look through hundreds of pics my dad and sis took.

i would like to own a pair of these when i hit 40 years old.

pointing at a random spot of the map, taken near sun-moon lake. the place was FREEZING i tell you.

you can see the rails of 2 rollercoasts here..the one in the foreground was scary -the rollercoast car was made to momentarily stop, such that the pple riding in it would face downwards almost vertically. while the ride in the background had lots of turns in it..my sis said she saw kids vomitting after the ride LOL.

what you'd see if u had taken the ferris wheel with me..the revolution was understandably slow, but the scenery was breathtaking, and this is me with height-phobia speaking.

now you see me...

now you dun! we had to stop over at this beach side for a pee...and the wind was blowing non-stop, again FREEZING!

{*honey im bacK!*}

woooow it has been a magical one week in taiwan. one thing's for sure, the babes there are hot! hahha and you know, there are these small stop-over shops that are manned by scantily-clad women! omg, its like madness i tell you - the weather there during the past week was crazily low!

i can safely say i enjoyed the trip. the company, the accomodation, the events and the scenery! photos to come once i've uploaded the millions of photos my trigger-happy dad and sis took.

oh mer! by the time you read this entry and reply, its like the 15th of dec already! haha anyway i left on the 3rd and just came back, on the 9th of this month. hope you had a enjoyable time there in taiwan!

ladies! i bet you gals are enjoying yourselves already, with the holidays and stuff. guys! rock on man, ns sucks but hey remember wad saf means.

hahhaa i told jasmine that i was in the same league as mark chay and she didn't believe! she said i had to show her my hot bod for her to judge..and i being the practical fool, said im carrying a baby. and jas said im definitely not the same as mark chaY! wahahha so hilarious!

i just returned home from visiting michelia! you'd think HDB flats would be easily distinguishable, with the numbers shown prominently...WRONG! whahah i had to like wander around so many flats before i found the correct one. Thanks michelia for keeping my mp3 player for sooooo long :D

im shaggggged. oh yes pple, pls pray for the speedy recovery of a friend named amy! she met an accident and is recuperating now. take care amy!
