{*houston, we have a problem!*}

yeah old news. im sick. down with the ubiquitous flu that seems to be bugging every innocent soul out there. you know, i'm guessing i got it from sim lim square or OG near bugis. so yeah avoid those places.

my throat's getting really bad and ive this stubborn pimple on my left cheek that refuses to disappear dispite the spells i've casts on it. ahh ok, im no witch. i really hope i'll get well soon, like in a day's time. cant miss out on the cny's goodies!

as this blog is about me, let me bore you with an account of my life today. after seeing the doc and resting, i was rudely awakened by heavy knocking coming from the unit above mine. ()#$%#$)#$ing inconsiderate as*%*#s!

and come evening, i've this opera/cny concert opposite 10 mile junction, which is a good say 200ms away from my flat? bear in mind that i live on the 21st floor..the din is still extremely audible and most of all, irritating! life sucks today haha.

im looking at the date and realise how fast time passes! jasmine's gonna leave soon - its gonna be a sad affair. i miss the times we spent online and dining together. sure, misunderstandings may have bugged us some times, but hey she's still a darling. a valuable, trusty friend whom i've taken for granted. anyhow, i hope and pray that she is able to fulfill her ambitions of being a doc! and jasmine, if you're reading this, i want a DISCOUNT next time ok! hahha im a cheapskate.

WOW! hahha i was on da bus home w an indian colleague when this large group of PJC gurls boarded and sat next to us, at the back! wahhaha 2 of them were like drop-dead gorgeous/adorable! if only i had the courage to say hi ;)

speaking of which, alice just sms=ed me saying she saw me at bpp! hahha wasted la, din say hi to me!

woooot im hyperactive. FRIDAY man!! screw the fatigue, here comes the enjoyment..tho i've duty on sunday -_-..!!

hi folks! hahha i've been promoted to LCP as of monday this week. blah no big deal :X

anyhow, notice that i've extremely few posts made during weekdays. its simply due to the fact that im always too tired after work to type, let alone log on. pathetic right?

i'd love to ORD like tomorrow. spare me the responsibilities. spare me the fatigue. just spare me.

{*new year resolution(s)?*}

"so, what are your new year resolution(s)?"

this is the question that has been asked umpteenth times on tv. yet, do resolutions have any part in our lives?

it is of human nature that perseverance to the end is a tough journey. much willpower and determination is involved to see things to completion - resolutions included. most of our ambitious resolutions are forsaken half way. all hope is not lost though.

the very attempt to think of resolutions and to try our best to keep to them shows an important trait in ourselves - to strive for self-improvement, for positive effects that affect loves ones and the urge for some changes. changes are a wholly different topic altogether. lets not go there.

ok so what am i saying here? im trying to say that while resolutions are good(good is an overused word, thus it is only right that i use it here, as resolutions are made by the masses, notice the pun), we should attempt to achieve it. start small, build up gradually and eventually climb to the peak.

having said that, i'd like to say a big HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone out there. be it you were out clubbing, having parties with friends or staying at home to celebrate the dawn of this new era/year, the festive mood is there. may this year, 2006 pass w/o any acts of terror, any unfortunate events. may this year be one of happiness, good health and achievement.

the wonderful class of sc4, 2003-2004. you guys rock, continue to work hard, play hard and just get outta ns! lol.
