{*reflections*}

you know how the saying goes that the environment will change a person? well i guess its truly..erh true. no matter how tough an environment a person is thrown into, he will fight to survive. he will adapt and he will become stronger.

i went through field camp last week. it was short, but it provided me time and space to think. i no longer jump at the sight of insects. i can say i slept in the forest. and i can say i got to interact with nature. insects, mud, scorpions, that sort of things.

haha having that, i do have some reservations - living on processed food (ie packaged biscuits, field rations, etc) has me craving for real food. not those dry, tasteless food that has little or no nutrition. and it has changed me. i ate rice (along with the ingredients) from the cookhouse whereas in the past i always did not.
i cannnot tolerate for the love of humanity dirtiness. and this applies to my uniform especially :( but well hey a man has to do what a man has to do...and that is to be dirty lol!

3 more weeks to passing out. gonna miss all my bunkmates, sergeants, 2lts. it will b a good experience, an experience to be etched in my memory. hello civilisation.

florence: rem to take care of yourself even as you slog to complete projects, assignments. try to cheer up yeah :D your bro would probably be regretting what he did..so dun blame yourself or him dear.
candis: STUDY HARD honey! pass this hurdle, and you shall see light. hahhaa ok not so drastic la, but the end of the year will come and you'll have a looooonngg holiday!
iris: hello lil monster :) how have you been??
eve: i absolutely hate traffic jams toooo!!! hahha nvm next time u drive and get caught in one, call your bf or me! provide 24 hour entertainment! hmmm sounds like a male escort agency now o.O
jasmine: hang on there jasmine. a few years will go pass quickly and i will call you doctor jasmine. know your ambition and pursue it :)
